New handheld pictures leaked
December 11, 2007
So there are now pictures circulating of Garmin’s new Colorado series handheld units. Looks like Garmin’s finally added the ability to display aerial photography, and possibly even more detailed maps, on a rugged handheld GPS receiver. Also, notice the wheel on top - could this be the end of buttons? Maybe even a touch-screen handheld? We’ll be sure to post information as it comes out. Expect to see new units sometime in the spring of 2008. If you need something sooner, get a high-end GPSMAP 60CSx with a $50 mail-in rebate through December 31st!

Driving just got a little better thanks to the LED Emoticon
December 11, 2007
If your a driver like me you would have encounter countless nutcases on the road, i mean it’s ok for you and i to make mistakes but if someone else does it and your in a bad mood there’s no better way to let them know than to either horn or raise that middle finger, that’s all dandy if the victim is in front of you but what if he was behind or you just overtook him in a fit of rage, well now you can show some emotions thanks to the guys at ThinkGeek.com who are selling the LED Emoticon.
It can display any one of five different messages - smiling face, frowning face, “Thanks”, “Back Off” and “Idiot”. We will, of course, leave it up to you to decide which of these messages suits your particular situation - but we do think it’s nice to have a device that allows you to more clearly express yourself to other drivers.

Belkin Laptop Cooling Pad Reviewed
December 10, 2007
Eric Hanson of EverythingUsb.com has reviewed the Belkin Laptop Cooling Pad which he says Dissipates heat effectively, lowers temperature of heat reaching your legs by 12° F and it’s Lightweight with a durable construction.
If you own a laptop you;ll know that heat is a major concern expecially if your laptop is your primary piece of machine, but thanks to the Belkin Laptop Cooling Pad your laptop will now be much cooler.
An excerpt from the review:
The Laptop Cooling Pad uses a USB connection to power the unit, sacrificing a small portion of your computer’s battery life for the great convenience of not having to carry around an AC power cord. The power cable (which oddly enough does not match the rest of the Cooling Pad’s gray and white color scheme) has a DC 5V connector on one end and a USB connector on the other, and plugs into the back of the Cooling Pad.

LG KU990 (Viewty) Reviews
December 3, 2007
The LG Viewty is one of the best looking phones around right now, with it’s 5-megapixel camera; HSDPA (3.5G); ability to upload videos straight to YouTube and photo editing ability it’s bound to attract a fanbase, however it’s dissapointing to note that it does not have wi-fi capabilities.
Here’s some reviews on the net:
